the first roundof the World Cup. GO MEXICO!!! Now, the dilemma is that I dont know who I want to win. So here are my favorites in now particular order.
1. Brazil: So, they are the best team ever (they have already won 5 World Cups, including the last one). Plus, I did my internship in Brazil. Plus, I picked them to win last time, and I was right.
2. Italy: I want to go there....enough said.
3. Mexico: My other homeland.
4. Spain: I just went there in October and I love the country and the people. And their uniforms are cute?
Ok.....so all my reasons are girly: I like the people, I like the country....what´s a girl to do?

Yup, i second that! Only in a girls way of thinking through and rationalizing the choice to be made would those reasons be at the forefront of the decision making process. But those do all appear to be vaid points Ms. Jackson, so how about your prediction on the last 4 or 8 teams if not on 1 specific one?

Acutally I believe it was the Czech Republic. And I think I'm going to retract my previous comments since I obviously know nothing about soccer.

Hey Trish! I know you posted your comments about the World Cup last week, but, as Brian said, I'm totally surprised that you didn't mention the USA team at all!!! What do you think about yesterday's game? don't you think that the US did a pretty good job?

Ahh hemm....I would like to announce that all my teams rock! 3 are in first place in their group (italy, spain, and brazil) and Mexico is in 2nd place in their group. So, maybe I am not so girly after all.
